Chicken Shaslik With egg Fried Rice – An Easy Recipe

CHICKEN SHASLIK RECIPE

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups soaked rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 G marinated chicken
  • 1 cup veggies ( cabbage, carrot, capsicum, peas,green onion)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Marinated chicken: chicken + 1 tablespoon corn flour + ½ teaspoon black pepper + 1 teaspoon soy sauce + salt to taste.

    Shallow fry marinated chicken in a pan or grill for 5-6 minutes and transfer to a plate.

      Add one tablespoon oil and sauté all veggies for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame and transfer to a plate.

        Scrambled eggs transfer to a bowl and add soy sauce.

          Now, we combine chicken + veggies + and add spices and sauces to a pan.

            Add boiled rice and stir for 1 min.

              Cover with a lid for 5 min, then turn off the flame.
